Job summary

BDO UK is seeking a Resource Manager to ensure optimum resource allocation and to deliver accurate management information to stakeholders across the business. You will identify shortfalls and inefficiencies, work with the Audit Resourcing Directorate (ARD), and advise leadership on KPIs and mitigation plans.

You will collaborate with senior managers and directors, maintain proactive communications, and support agile ways of working while delivering high-quality audits and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource planning and management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyse MI and data to identify problems.
• Experience in a professional services firm is desirable.
• People management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and manage resources to optimise utilisation.
• Provide timely management information to stakeholders.
• Identify shortfalls, clashes and inefficiencies for contingency planning.
• Act as liaison between ARD and the business.
• Inform leadership on KPIs and risk mitigation plans.
