Our Audit Quality Support Team (AQST) plays a vital role in ensuring our auditors deliver the highest-quality work. From developing firm-wide methodology and tools to responding to technical consultations and engaging with regulators, this team provides the foundation for audit excellence. What You'll Do:

• Influence global audit methodology– representing the UK in international projects (with potential for travel).
• Lead and support methodology updates, including the UK Mazars Audit Manual, tools, templates, and training materials.
• Advise audit teams on technical methodology queries and quality assure responses.
• Review and enhance technical training content to support ongoing learning.
• Engage with regulators on firm-wide and thematic methodology reviews.
• Draft responses to public consultations on audit developments and standards.
• Stay ahead of industry changes and ensure our firm is ready to adapt.

What You'll Bring:

• ACA / CA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Deep knowledge of UK auditing, ethical, and accounting standards (including IFRS) and UK company law.
• Proven experience at senior manager or director level in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior individuals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet key deadlines.
• Experience in audit software development or data analytics is desirable but not essential.
