Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, ambitious professional to join our Centre of Excellence within the Audit Quality Department. You will report to a Director or Partner and contribute to developing innovative tools, methodologies, and guidance for auditing revenue and other key areas, supporting engagement teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support audit teams on large and complex audits, coaching them and implementing high-quality audit strategies, including controls and digital techniques.
• Conduct file reviews to enhance audit quality, providing coaching and training.
• Assist during external regulatory reviews in collaboration with the regulatory team.
• Lead the development of data analytics tools, solutions, and methodologies for auditing revenue and other areas.
• Work with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and facilitate training sessions.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance audit quality and implement controls and digital techniques.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong knowledge of substantive and controls-based audit strategies in revenue and key areas.
• Experience with Data Analytics procedures and methodology support.
• Experience conducting audit file reviews, either in regulation or practice.
• High technical audit expertise and understanding of the regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with a passion for coaching and challenging engagement teams.
• ACA qualification or equivalent.
