RSM is seeking a strong Health Care Audit Partner with an entrepreneurial mindset for our Health Care Audit practice in Los Angeles. This partner will help shape the future of our business in the market, designing and implementing a plan to build internal resources as we grow this practice over the next five years.

Successful candidates will have experience as an audit leader, deep relationships within the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of growing and developing new business.

Overview of the position:

• Drive service offerings throughout the Los Angeles market
• Oversee delivery of solutions for clients and collaborate to introduce other service offerings
• Represent RSM to clients and prospects in the marketplace
• Assist in building, developing, and managing a book of business to meet goals and objectives
• Use your professional network and existing relationships to develop new business for the healthcare assurance team and extend opportunities within the firm
• Collaborate across regions and lead within the Audit function
• Develop business plans and lead audit personnel in client interactions
• Develop and execute the firm's strategy to drive growth
• Support RSM's Audit services line, including technical involvement on assurance clients
• Provide leadership and mentorship to teams for success

Experience required:

• 12+ years of audit experience in public accounting
• Big Four or similar regional leadership experience preferred
• Extensive audit experience with healthcare organizations, including providers, insurers, and related companies
• Technical proficiency in financial statement audits of complex healthcare transactions
• Excellent client service and organizational skills
• Proven success in building and maintaining client and team relationships
