Description

Oversee the preparation and delivery of audit plans.
Lead and manage a team of accountants and finance professionals.
Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
Contribute to the strategic direction of the accounting and finance department.
Provide input into the firm's business strategy from a financial perspective.
Drive business growth by developing new client relationships and enhancing existing ones.
Ensure continuous professional development within the team.

Profile

A Successful Audit Partner Should Have

A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Experience in contributing to business strategy from a financial perspective.
Proven track record in business growth and development.

Job Offer
