Job summary

Insite Public Practice Recruitment Limited is seeking an Audit Manager in Henley to own diverse audits from planning to completion and to support Partners with complex technical matters.

ACA or ACCA qualified with 3+ years post-qualification and 5+ years in practice; strong UK GAAP and ISA knowledge; capable of leading audits and developing junior staff.

Excellent communication, client relationships and a drive to improve processes are essential.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years post-qualified experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in professional practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and ISA.
• Experience leading audits and statutory accounts.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Lead audits for group and international clients and review consolidated FS.
• Plan audit work, manage budgets, resources and delivery.
• Review statutory accounts and audit files.
• Supervise and develop junior team members; mentor staff.
• Collaborate with Partners on complex technical matters and process improvements.
