Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Cardiff seeks an experienced Audit Manager to join a growing independent practice. You will manage a varied portfolio of clients, lead audit and accounts assignments and support the development of junior team members.

You will mentor staff, build long-term client relationships, oversee statutory accounts preparation, and advise on technical accounting matters. You will work with Directors on forecasts and ad-hoc projects in a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with 4+ years in accountancy practice.
• Strong audit and financial reporting knowledge.
• Previous management experience or readiness to step up.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
