London with 1 day travel a week

Up to £80,000 plus Car Allowance and competitive benefits

This Audit Manager role focuses on ensuring the integrity of these models by leading audits across the entire model lifecycle, from design to validation. You'll play a vital part in mitigating model risk and safeguarding the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading Model Risk Audits: This is the core function, encompassing the entire model lifecycle from conceptual soundness to independent validation. This requires a deep understanding of model risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive Department Contribution: Beyond individual audits, the role involves contributing to the broader Internal Audit function through ongoing business monitoring and follow-up on recommendations. This suggests a need for a proactive and ownership-oriented individual.
  • Best Practice Advocacy: The role involves advising the business on implementing best practices, indicating a consultative element and the need to influence stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Managing assigned responsibilities within time and budget constraints, optimizing resource utilization, and evaluating outcomes against plans are crucial.
