Audit Manager - Charities and Social Enterprises

About your role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing end to end client assignments within agreed budget and timetable.
- Leading, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, from initial contact and tendering through to on-going fee negotiations, retention and expansion of our work with them.
- Leading, managing and developing people, actively participating in the training and development of our trainees.
- Contributing to implementation of technical changes, client training and the firm's development.
About You- You are a Chartered Accountant with an audit qualification and experience in managing audits, including audits with a range of levels of turnover and complexity and interaction to FD/chief executive level.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of clients as well as participating in the new client tendering process.
- Have experience coaching more junior colleagues and ideally managing trainees going through their ACA qualification.
- You will have a deep knowledge and understanding of the charity and not-for-profit sector is desirable, along with the ability to deliver strategic planning and thinking.
- You will enjoy working with other people and possess good face to face and written communication skills, particularly when interacting with people from a non-financial background.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a matrix management structure and have a good ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Salary - Circa £63,000 Dependant on Experience
