They are looking for individuals who are seeking the opportunity to develop relationships with existing and new clients to help shape the future of the business.

The opportunity

The Audit Manager will be a crucial member of the audit department. They will be responsible for servicing clients, assisting to direct assurance services delivered, and managing our people.

They will also be responsible for supporting the Managers on larger jobs as well as managing their own portfolios.

Responsibilities

• A varied role – responsibilities including leading and planning audits, being an initial point of contact to clients
• Working with groups across all sectors – including international clients, corporate groups, NFP organisations and owner‑managed businesses, with a focus on the South West
• Working with Audit Partners and the wider team to ensure quality throughout all stages of the audit process
• There is clear progression within this ever‑growing team

The ideal candidate

• Be approachable to members of the audit team
• ACA/ACCA Qualified with similar experience
• Proven experience of delivering outstanding customer service to clients
• Proactively wanting to succeed and further their knowledge with all aspects of the business
• Be an integral member of the audit group by participating in group activities
• Having the drive and ambition to grow and succeed
