As the firm continues to grow, they are looking for an ambitious and proactive Audit Manager to join the team and help develop their audit services. You'll play a central role in managing and expanding the audit offering, supporting clients, and helping build a strong audit team.

Description
  1. Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
  2. Develop audit strategies, time frames, and ensure deadlines are met
  3. Build relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  4. Contribute to the growth of the audit client base
  5. Supervise, support, and mentor junior team members
  6. Stay current with UK GAAP, auditing standards, and key tax implications (PAYE, Corporation Tax, VAT)
Profile
  1. ACA/ACCA qualified, with at least 3-5 years post-qualification audit experience in a UK firm
  2. Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
  3. Experienced in managing audits and leading teams
  4. Confident with PCAS Audit Programmes (ideal, but not essential)
  5. Professional, personable, and a natural relationship builder
  6. Driven with a positive, "can-do" attitude
  7. Eager to grow professionally in a supportive and dynamic environment
