Your new role
As an audit manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of audits from planning to completion. Your duties will include managing audits, handling complex areas of fieldwork, and finalizing reports. You will also coach junior team members, review their work, and provide insights to clients. You will receive continuous support and report to senior managers on your progress.
You will play a key role in the growth of the office, building the audit portfolio, and expanding the team. You will work alongside the office partner on firm-wide strategy, business development, and marketing initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate is an ACA/ACCA-qualified audit professional with extensive experience in high-quality audit work. You should have experience managing a portfolio, coaching juniors, and strong interpersonal and managerial skills. Good analytical review skills and a commitment to professional excellence are essential. A willingness to learn and expand your skillset is also important.
