I am looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join a growing team at this Top 100 firm. As an Audit Manager, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients while developing and mentoring junior team members.

Description
- Be responsible for managing a portfolio of audited entities and all related matters.
- Complete assignments within agreed budgets and timescales, and identify opportunities for additional billings.
- Ensure assignments are staffed with the appropriate knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to the firm's risk management and quality control procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with other Audit Managers in the management team on resource planning, merit rate meetings, and efficiency improvements.
- Support Partners in implementing and communicating new business strategies for existing and target audit entities, as well as internal initiatives.
Profile
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience in audit
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and audit standards
- Excellent people management and development skills
- Proven ability to build client relationships
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with audit software and Microsoft Office suite
