Audit Manager

Yorkshire / Remote

£52,000 - £58,000

We are working with an incredibly fast-growing, Top 100 firm, actively seeking individuals at Manager level to join their remote team. Their auditing team has tripled in size over the last 3 years and shows no signs of stopping.

This role will predominantly involve working remotely from Leeds / Yorkshire area, attending client visits in the surrounding areas, with occasional visits to their Head offices based in Birmingham once every 4-6 weeks.

Your role as an Audit Manager:

• Lead audits and manage relationships with corporate audit clients both in the UK and Europe.
• Organise and attend client visits in the North and surrounding areas, managing expectations and relationships remotely for European clients.
• Assist in planning, executing, and finalising audit assignments for manager or partner review.
• Consider and manage risk in all client interactions.
• Produce work for review, highlighting issues and suggesting solutions.
• Demonstrate business development skills and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Apply a solution-based approach to problem solving, researching solutions for client assignments.
• Identify areas for improvement in clients’ business processes, recommend improvements, and deliver Audit Findings Reports.
• Oversee and support junior team members, delegating workloads and priorities.

What you'll need to succeed:

• ACA/ACCA/CA qualification with strong audit experience.
• Experience managing your own portfolio.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client service.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and results-oriented.
• Self-motivated with good workload management skills.
• Desire for personal development and career growth.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
