Our Audit team are on the growth train following the acquisition of CavanaghKelly! And we’re not slowing down. We’ve expanded our remit to Northern Ireland and are looking for an Audit Manager to lead a dynamic portfolio of clients and help shape the future of our audit offering.
If you have a passion for what you do, keen to get stuck in the mix and strive to be the best you, then we want to hear from you.
An Audit Manager needs to be curious, sceptical, and have a questioning mindset. You need to be adaptable and versatile, with the confidence and composure to engage and liaise with clients and always on hand to support more junior members of the team. As you know, this is no rigid, eyes-down and desk-bound role.
It’s hard work… and you love it. You thrive on the client‑facing aspect, you have ambition, taking pride and satisfaction of spotting and resolving issues at the heart of business activity.
The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further – from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.
At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together. All we ask of our people is that they play all in. You’ll continuously strive to keep learning – whether you’re a trainee or a Partner – and you’ll be brave, stepping out of your comfort zone to tackle new challenges. Above all, be nice. A simple notion, but an irreplaceable part of what makes CP, CP.
As an Audit Manager, you’ll be a passionate and determined individual experienced in the field of audit with demonstrable experience.
We’ve been dubbed ‘the rebels of accountancy’. We’re straight‑talking. Never afraid to share our opinions. We put people and relationships before products and services, and deliver a streamlined, client‑focused service – free from unnecessary red tape.
What’s in it for you? Our people are the beating heart of our culture. We know that if you love working here, and you’re given the trust and autonomy to work in a way that best suits you, you’ll produce amazing results.
Feeling supported and welcomed is such a big part of bringing your whole self to work. As an equal opportunities employer, we’ll work with you to ensure you have everything you need to develop your skills and achieve your best.
Get in touch if you have any questions about our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion or about accessibility/accommodations during your application process.
For the attention of agencies – unsolicited CVs will not be honoured. We will only accept CV submissions for roles briefed to you by our Talent Acquisition team.
