A top 40 Accountancy practice is looking for an Audit Manager to join their team based in Colchester. They provide a range of Audit services to various clients, demonstrating a proactive approach to managing workload and assisting the team in delivering quality service. The salary on offer is £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

As an Audit Manager, you will be:

  • Delivering first-class service to a diverse and growing portfolio of clients
  • Assisting with expanding the audit remit within clients' existing trade and spend base
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
  • Establishing and building new partnerships, identifying new services to add to your portfolio
  • Client-facing role, leading projects to successful completion
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders and the senior management team to support the company's growth

Requirements for the role include:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification
  • Several years of experience in Public Practice
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding service to clients
