Job summary

A prominent Life & Pensions firm in the South East is seeking an Audit Manager to lead internal audits end to end. This position includes coaching juniors, managing deep dive reviews, and ensuring effective operations while assessing risks. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial services and the ability to commute to Gatwick at least once a week.

Lutine Bell are proud to be supporting a large Life & Pensions firm in the South East who are looking to recruit an Audit manager to join their team.

Role

• Reporting to the Senior Audit Manager, you will be leading internal audits end to end across the business.
• Opportunities to coach and guide juniors in the team.
• Own complex deep dive reviews and play a key role in managing and delivering agile audit and consultancy services.
• In performing their role the senior internal auditor will help provide assurance on our critical / complex processes while also ensuring that the business is operating effectively and adequately understands the risks that it is exposed to.

Requirements

• Ideally you will be an Audit Manager/Senior Internal Auditor with experience in Financial Services.
• Able to lead audits end to end
• Happy to commute at least 1 day a week into Gatwick.
