We’ll help you succeed

Our work prioritizes quality, delivering trusted, transparent audits relied upon by companies and stakeholders.

You’ll proactively manage your tasks, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate regularly with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners. You’ll help deliver accurate reporting and long-term value.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Creating impactful, innovative solutions meeting learner needs and business outcomes.
  2. Reviewing content created by design secondees and instructional designers to ensure quality, learning objectives, efficacy, and consistency.
  3. Developing and maintaining business relationships with content SMEs.
  4. Supporting programme delivery with onsite project management and facilitation.
  5. Designing, curating, or creating relevant content, blending technical and non-technical elements.
  6. Supporting evaluation metrics and analyzing reports to inform future design.
  7. Coaching and supervising junior team members.
  8. Training facilitators and hosts to deliver content effectively.
  9. Facilitating programmes as needed.
  10. Collaborating with Business Partners and Learning Implementation teams to understand needs and develop content.
  11. Working with the Innovation and Technology Hub to leverage technology and design thinking.
  12. Introducing innovative learning solutions.
  13. Leading change and supporting organizational development.

You’ll have:

  • Senior Manager or equivalent experience in programme development, including non-technical and audit-technical content, with familiarity with regulatory reporting.
  • Experience in authoring and reviewing programme content.
  • Knowledge of latest design thinking, tools, technology, data analytics, and evidence-based analysis.
  • Strong relationship, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Teamwork, coaching, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to translate training needs into learning objectives and responses.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of business strategy and focus on quality and outcomes.
