Learning and Development (L&D) is a key enabler of our strategy as an Audit Stream and is critical to our success. It supports our ability to attract, develop, and retain talented people who take pride in their work and deliver successfully for our business. Effective L&D underpins quality and productivity by helping our people develop the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles and reach their potential.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager or equivalent to join our Learning Development team. The role suits a talented, high-performing, ambitious individual eager to support current curriculum delivery and shape future L&D strategies during a growth phase. This role reports to the Development and Monitoring Lead (DAM).
The Learning Development team (LD) consists of learning designers responsible for designing, curating, or creating content for the Audit programme. The goal is to develop impactful, innovative solutions that meet learner needs and deliver clear business outcomes. The team includes technical and non-technical specialists responsible for authoring activities.
Lead authors collaborate with the Business Partnering team (BP) and Audit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business objectives, define learning objectives, and design effective learning interventions using methodologies, innovation, and insights. They also support the Learning Implementation team (LI) with project management and facilitation as needed.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of programmes, review content created by team members, coach and develop junior staff, and support initiatives like the Learning Library and Learning Culture programmes.
This role is UK-based with travel to London and other offices, including some residential courses.
