We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager or equivalent to join our Learning Development team. The role suits a talented, high-performing, and ambitious individual eager to support current curricula and shape future L&D strategies during our growth phase. This role reports to the Development and Monitoring Lead (DAM).
The Learning Development team (LD) comprises learning designers responsible for designing, curating, or creating content for the Audit programme. The goal is to develop impactful, innovative solutions that meet learner needs and achieve business outcomes. The team includes technical and non-technical specialists responsible for main authoring activities.
Lead authors collaborate with the Business Partnering team (BP) and Audit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business objectives and translate them into learning objectives and interventions. They use learning design methodologies, innovation, and insights to author complex content. They also support the Learning Implementation team (LI) with project management and facilitation when appropriate.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of programmes and have wider team responsibilities, including reviewing content, coaching junior members, driving team workstreams, and supporting initiatives like the Learning Library and Learning Culture programs.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with travel to London and other offices, including residential stays for certain courses.
