We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager or equivalent to join our Learning Development team. The role suits a talented, high-performing, and ambitious individual eager to support current curriculum delivery and shape future L&D strategy during a growth phase. This role reports to the Development and Monitoring Lead (DAM).
The Learning Development team (LD) comprises learning designers responsible for designing and curating or creating content for the Audit programme. The goal is to develop impactful, innovative solutions that meet learner needs and deliver business outcomes. Team members include technical and non-technical specialists responsible for authoring activities.
Lead authors collaborate with the Business Partnering team (BP) and Audit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business objectives, translate them into learning objectives, and design effective learning interventions using methodologies, innovation, and insights. They support the Learning Implementation team (LI) with project management and facilitation where appropriate.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of programmes and have wider team responsibilities, including reviewing content, coaching junior members, driving workstreams, and supporting initiatives like the Learning Library and Learning Culture programs.
The role is flexible regarding location within the UK, with travel to London and other offices, including residential stays for certain courses.
