We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manager / Senior Manager or equivalent to join our Learning Development team. The role suits a talented, high-performing, ambitious individual eager to support current curriculum delivery and shape future L&D strategy during a growth phase. This role reports to the Development and Monitoring Lead (DAM).
The Learning Development team (LD) comprises learning designers responsible for designing and curating or creating the Audit programme content. The goal is to develop impactful, innovative solutions that meet learner needs and deliver business outcomes. The team includes technical and non-technical specialists responsible for authoring activities.
Lead authors collaborate with the Business Partnering team (BP) and Audit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business objectives and translate them into learning objectives, designing interventions that are effective. They support the Learning Implementation team (LI) with project management and facilitate programmes when appropriate.
The successful candidate will lead a portfolio of programmes, review content developed by others, coach and upskill junior team members, drive team workstreams, and support initiatives such as our Learning Library and Learning Culture programmes.
This role can be based anywhere in the UK, with travel to London and other offices, including residential stays for certain courses.
