We’ll help you succeed

We prioritize quality, delivering trustworthy, transparent audits relied upon by companies and stakeholders.

You should be proactive, able to manage your tasks independently, and confident in collaborating and communicating with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners. Your role includes delivering accurate reporting and providing long-term value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining the Faculty strategy to meet business needs and manage delivery risks.
  • Coordinating the Faculty to ensure it achieves its intended outcomes.
  • Evaluating the Faculty's effectiveness and reporting to the Leadership Team.
  • Supporting programme delivery through onsite management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitoring faculty utilization and performance, reporting risks, and proposing solutions.
  • Managing the Faculty project plan with support from Learning & Faculty Coordinators.
  • Supporting the development of Faculty members through learning and coaching.
  • Serving as a specialist L&D facilitator for key programmes.
  • Innovating programme delivery to enhance learner experience and advocating for change.

Required skills and experience:

  • Manager (or equivalent) with an interest in Learning & Development.
  • Experience in delivery is beneficial but not essential.
  • Interest in developing self and others through high-quality learning interventions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understanding of business strategy and goals.
  • Focus on operational excellence and quality.
