Job summary

Xeinadin is seeking an Audit Assistant Manager to join our Chester team. You will lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring work complies with standards and regulations while delivering an excellent client experience.

You will mentor junior staff, review files for quality, and manage client relationships. The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification or progress toward it and solid audit experience within practice.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification or working towards it.
• Experience leading audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Experience reviewing audit files and guiding junior staff.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Review work of junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage client relationships and act as main point of contact for queries.
• Mentor, coach and develop junior audit staff to build technical skills.
• Assist with planning audits and allocating work across the team.
• Support Managers and Partners with client meetings and business development.
