Job summary

At MHA, the Audit Junior on the Graduate Programme will gain hands-on experience in audit and accounts, supported by mentorship from industry professionals. You’ll be involved in real projects, not just shadowing, with on‑the‑job training and developmental support to build a broad, commercial perspective.

The programme includes travel to client sites and diverse client work, helping you understand how businesses operate while you develop technical and professional skills within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Entry requires a 2:1 degree or above and at least 112 UCAS points from top three subjects (or equivalent).
• Willingness to study towards ACA Level 7 and develop in audit.
• Interest in audit and accounts preparation within a graduate programme.

Responsibilities

• Working on audit and accounts preparation assignments with your team.
• Working closely with your mentor on audit planning memorandum.
• Analytical reviews.
• Preparing accounts and producing sets of financial statements.
