Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced midwife to lead clinical governance and patient safety in maternity and gynaecology, shaping audits, guidelines and quality improvement across services.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking midwife to play a key role in strengthening clinical governance and patient safety within maternity and gynaecology. This is an exciting opportunity to shape high-quality care through robust audit, guideline development, and collaborative improvement work.
You will have strong organisational skills, a passion for patient safety, and the ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in clinical audit, guideline development, or quality improvement within a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
