Job summary

Insite Public Practice Recruitment Limited partners with a Milton Keynes firm to appoint an Audit Director RI who will lead large and listed audits, shape strategy, and build a culture that attracts and retains top talent. The role balances technical delivery with leadership and succession planning.

You will collaborate with senior partners to drive profitability, develop teams, and advance toward Responsible Individual status in a genuine hybrid setup with a competitive package.

Qualifications

Solid experience at or close to Audit Director level within a mid tier or larger accountancy practice.
Track record managing large and listed client portfolios.
Commercial mindset and ownership mentality.
Genuine people leadership and team development.
RI status, or a clear path towards it, would be an advantage.
