The Company

Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to appoint an Audit Director to its Guernsey office.

The Role

• Develop business plans for the Audit Practice supporting both the Department and Firm’s growth plans
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships
• Involvement in cross-border audit and assurance assignments
• Integral part of the Firm’s quality control procedures
• Act as an ambassador of the Firm both internally and through external networking
• Execute the responsibilities of a director according to lawful and ethical standards
• Mentor and development audit staff

The Candidate

• Must be fully qualified (ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent)
• Responsible Individual (RI) status
• At least 10 years External Audit experience within a global accountancy firm
• Strong leadership and business development skill
