The Role

As an Associate Director, you’ll manage your own portfolio, working closely with partners to deliver exceptional results.

  • You’ll manage an entire client portfolio, including listed companies.
  • You’ll plan and deliver audits on time, on budget, and to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with listing requirements.
  • You’ll assist with technical advice, particularly for clients under stringent regulatory frameworks.
  • You’ll develop client relationships, acting as the principal contact for CFOs, CEOs, and boards.
  • You’ll manage, mentor, and train team members, providing performance management and career development support.
  • You’ll identify new business opportunities to support client relationships and growth at Gravita.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

We’re looking for someone with deep experience managing a portfolio, and who is ACA or ACCA qualified. You should:

  • Have outstanding communication and influencing skills, especially with senior stakeholders such as CFOs and boards.
  • Be comfortable navigating complex reporting and compliance requirements of listed companies.
  • Have excellent project management skills, ensuring successful delivery of multiple projects.
  • Enjoy building strong, trusted relationships, often leading to engaged teams and additional client work.
  • Be willing to engage in all tasks necessary to get the job done.
  • Value feedback and thrive in an environment focused on learning and improvement.
  • Be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, both remotely and in the office.
