TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is working on behalf of a fantastic firm of chartered accountants in Rochester, Kent, who are looking to recruit either an Audit Associate or Audit Senior Associate into their team. This is a great opportunity to work in a mixed audit and accounts capacity. Due to expansion, they are seeking to add an Audit Associate or Audit Senior Associate to their successful team.

This position primarily focuses on owner-managed businesses ranging from £1m to £100m, but clients can be larger, including national and international businesses. The client base mainly consists of corporate businesses, with a significant proportion of Not-for-Profit organizations. The role can be tailored to the candidate's experience. Suitable candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified, nearly qualified, or qualified by experience.

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified, nearly qualified, or part-qualified with experience in small, medium, or large independent accountancy practices, or in Top 50, Mid-Tier, or Top Tier firms, with a technical background in audit or audit and accounts.
• Seeking a career move at the Audit Associate, Senior Associate, or Senior level, with clear progression and development opportunities within a highly regarded practice.

• Salary between £42,000 and £46,000, dependent on experience and background, negotiable.

Additional Requirements

You should be ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience with at least 3 years of practice experience. Experience as a Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice is preferred. Knowledge of Iris and cloud software such as Xero or QuickBooks would be advantageous.
