Audit Associate

Artemis Human Capital is thrilled to be working in partnership with a hugely ambitious risk and compliance consultancy based in Belfast city centre. As a result of ongoing success and new business acquisition they are eager to appoint a Compliance / Audit Associate.

As a Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for delivering audit and assurance support for a range of clients across the UK and Europe, providing them with guidance and insights. The Role:

• Deliver high-quality compliance solutions to clients

• Manage multiple projects across Financial Crime, Information Security, Consumer Duty, and Safeguarding

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective regulatory strategies

• Conduct compliance audits and provide actionable recommendations for regulatory adherence

• Stay ahead of evolving regulatory requirements

• Perform additional duties as needed

The Person:

• At least 2 years' experience in compliance testing, assurance or audit role with a keen interest in financial services.

• Strong analytical skills

• Clear and effective communication with clients and team members

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• High attention to detail

• Fast learner with curiosity, initiative, and a drive to develop technical expertise
