• Ability to provide practical business advice to clients and escalate complex issues to partners.

• Managing and undertaking statutory audits from planning to completion.
• Taking responsibility for the audit manager team and ensuring completion within budget.
• Acting as principal client contact during on-site fieldwork.
• Supervising on-site teams and developing junior staff.
• Delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
• Supervising audit teams on site and liaising with partners and senior managers.
• Reporting to a senior manager on large assignments while managing a portfolio of clients.
• Carrying out work profitably and in line with professional standards and client satisfaction.
• Supporting the team in delivering a quality audit timetable and client reports.
• Contributing to continuous improvement for the team.
• Leading assurance and risk management projects and coordinating with clients.
