Hawthorne-Finch Talent Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Audit Assistant Manager in Doncaster. This role suits an ambitious Audit Senior ready to move into management, or an established assistant manager seeking leadership development in a supportive practice.

You will supervise and execute audit assignments from planning through completion, lead on-site teams, and mentor juniors, with a clear path to full Audit Manager. The role offers hybrid working and local client travel.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist with imminent sign-off and 3–4+ years' UK practice audit experience.
• Lead, plan and complete audits under UK GAAP (FRS 102) and ISAs.
• Supervise junior audit staff and conduct file reviews on-site and in the office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Lead on-site audit teams for diverse client portfolio in South Yorkshire.
• Conduct technical file reviews and mentor junior staff.

ACA/ACCA qualified
