Role Overview

The role involves providing on-site assistance on assurance assignments, ensuring clients receive high-quality service. As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key part of Assurance teams, leading on-site activities and managing client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive audit engagements and ensure compliance with standards.
  2. Mentor junior staff and improve team performance.
  3. Lead client interactions, delivering exceptional service.
  4. Identify and resolve audit issues proactively; streamline processes for efficiency and quality.
Candidate Profile

  • Be ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Have experience in assurance tasks within a professional services firm.
  • Have proven client handling skills and produce high-quality assurances.
  • Experience with analytical review approaches is desirable.
