Role Purpose

As part of a rapidly growing team, you will support the Head of Audit and the wider Audit team in delivering first-class service to clients. Your responsibilities include completing high-quality audits, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior team members.

Role Objectives

• Complete high-quality audits from planning to closure
• Mentor and develop junior staff through coaching and technical guidance
• Review junior staff work and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss deadlines, workload, and billing
• Attend client meetings, fostering excellent relationships and contributing to audit tenders and business development
• Assist in reviewing and improving internal processes
• Drive best practices within the audit team for efficiency
• Begin building your own client portfolio

Your knowledge, skills, and experience

• Qualified in ACCA or ACA
• Confident in client interactions at all levels and skilled in relationship building
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Experience auditing both single entity and group organizations
