Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish the current status of EHC needs assessments, quality of EHC Plans, and annual reviews within the first month.
2. Identify gaps in practice for individual children/young people and make recommendations for improvement.
3. Report to the SEND Improvement Lead weekly.
4. Prepare to present to panels as required (e.g., High Cost Panel or Preparing for Adulthood Panel).
5. Handle complex casework as needed to resolve the child's/young person's plan for the future.
6. Utilize the Synergy system; training will be provided in Swindon if not already experienced.
