Your new firm This market-leading audit and advisory firm, with a large regional presence across the Northwest, is seeking to appoint a new Audit and Advisory Manager into their brand-new Manchester office. Your new role As an Audit and Advisory Manager, you will be responsible for actively participating in all audit phases from planning to completion. Your daily duties will include leading and managing audits, handling complex areas of fieldwork, and finalizing reports.

Additionally, you will lead the coaching of junior staff, review and support their audit work, and provide valuable insights to clients. You will receive continuous support from senior managers and partners, ensuring your professional development and success in your role.

What you'll need to succeed The organization seeks a professional Audit and Advisory Manager with extensive experience in an audit team within a practice conducting high-quality audits. Experience in all three phases of an audit and mentoring juniors will be essential. You should be ACA or ACCA qualified, with excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, a strong commitment to professional excellence, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Good analytical review skills are also important.
