Our client, a well-respected accountancy practice based in Redhill, is looking for an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to join their growing team. With a team of around 15 and a strong track record supporting both trainees and qualified staff, it's a brilliant place to learn, grow, and feel part of something.

• You'll get exposure to a wide range of clients - from health clinics and tree surgeons to wholesale food businesses, with turnovers ranging from £3-4m right up to £100m
• Audit and accounts mix - no rigid departments here; you'll get stuck into both
• Study support is available (ACA/ACCA) - you choose and you'll get 5 days' study leave per exam
• Hybrid working - 1-2 days WFH
