Audit and Accounts Manager - About The Role
  • Take control of a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Lead Audit engagements, and if applicable, improve upon or implement your own testing methods
  • Train junior members of the team
  • Review accounts prepared by junior members of the team
  • Prepare more complex sets of accounts
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to grow the firm, planning and strategizing
  • Take a prominent role in bringing new clients into the firm
The successful Audit and Accounts Manager will have/be:
  • A minimum of 4 years' UK experience in Audit and Accounts is essential
  • Qualified with ACA or ACCA (although PQ candidates may be considered)
  • Drive and ambition to grow your career and ambitions to make Partner
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of confidence
