Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (based on experience)

Audit & Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in managing audit and accounting processes, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage teams, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee and execute audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and review accounts preparation work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulations while managing both audits and accounts.
Qualifications and Experience:- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing both audits and accounts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
