Job Description
- Oversee and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Support and develop junior team members by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback.
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and offering tailored financial advice.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the firm's service offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless client experience.
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts and tax computations as required.
- Ensure all work is completed within deadlines and budget constraints.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts and Audit Assistant Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Experience in auditing within the professional services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
