Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is recruiting for a school leaver apprentice in Audit. You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, gain hands‑on experience, and study toward a professional qualification while contributing to audits from day one.

You’ll develop technical and client‑facing skills, utilise audit technology and data analytics, and benefit from structured training, mentoring, and a supportive environment across our 14 offices.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent)
• 112 UCAS tariff points from top three A Levels/BTECs/Scottish Highers or equivalent
• 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements by testing financial information and reviewing evidence
• Analyse financial data to understand business operations and identify risks
• Use audit technology and data analytics to interpret large data sets and improve audit quality
• Research accounting and auditing standards and apply them practically
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues, gathering information and contributing to meetings and reports
• Develop broader understanding by working with Audit, Tax and Advisory teams
