W Talent Finance partners with a well-established professional services organisation to recruit an Audit and Accounts Senior near Chesterfield. You will manage a varied client portfolio, delivering audit and accounts work from planning through to completion, while building strong client relationships.

The role offers exposure to a broad client base, opportunities for progression, and a supportive environment for ongoing professional development within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or actively working towards qualification.
• Experience in UK accountancy practice.
• Strong audit and accounts experience.
• Good knowledge of UK accounting standards and auditing principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering audit and accounts assignments.
• Plan and complete audit assignments from preparation through to completion.
• Prepare and review statutory accounts for a range of businesses, including groups.
• Prepare and review management accounts and other financial information.
• Perform audit testing, identify risks, and gather audit evidence.
