Job summary

ProTalent Limited is working with a leading accountancy firm in Bexhill-on-Sea to recruit an Audit & Accounts Senior. The role covers audit from planning to completion for a diverse client base, including charities, and involves mentoring more junior staff on site.

You will handle accounts production for limited companies and groups, review work, advise on tax compliance, and collaborate with managers and partners to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified with UK-recognised credentials.
• Solid practice background with at least 5 years' experience.
• Good audit knowledge and desire a mixed audit and accounts role.
• Full study support on offer if not yet completed.

Responsibilities

• Audit work from planning to completion for a wide range of clients.
• Acting as Audit Senior on site and assisting more junior members of the team.
• Independent examinations for Charities.
• Accounts production for limited companies including groups and consolidated accounts.
• Reviewing accounts produced by more junior members of the team.
• Tax compliance.
• Assisting clients with queries and working closely with managers and partners to ensure highest levels of service.
