A fast-growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Sittingbourne is seeking an Audit Semi Senior or Senior to join their team. This role offers increasing responsibility and career development opportunities.

Our client is a well-regarded firm with a strong reputation, servicing a diverse client base including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, OMBs, and SMEs, across various sectors with turnovers up to £100m. The Directors are looking for an experienced Audit & Accounts Senior to enhance their audit services, with exposure to a range of corporate and non-profit clients.

• Deliver audits and accounts, both in-office and at client premises.
• Handle group audits and accounts preparation, including consolidations and cash flow statements.
• Prepare financial forecast models, business plans, report on internal controls, conduct financial due diligence, and support ad hoc projects.
• Supervise semi-senior and support staff; liaise with internal/external managers and partners.

Requirements

• Qualified or qualified by experience (ACCA/ACA) practice accountant with extensive audit and accounts experience, especially in statutory financial statements preparation.
• Salary range: £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience and background (negotiable).
