Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior / Senior

Location: Salisbury

Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE) + Study Support

You will be joining a growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice that offers a perfect blend of audit and accounts work. Whether you are part qualified or recently qualified (ACA/ACCA), this role provides the opportunity to gain experience across a varied portfolio, with a clear path to specialise in audit as your career progresses.

Responsibilities:
  1. Splitting your time evenly between audit and accounts assignments initially.
  2. Preparing year-end statutory accounts for a range of SMEs and owner-managed businesses.
  3. Assisting with and gradually leading audit assignments.
  4. Preparing corporation tax returns and handling client queries.
  5. Collaborating with managers and partners to deliver high-quality work on time.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. ACA or ACCA qualification (part-qualified with exam progress or newly qualified).
  2. Proven experience in audit and accounts within a practice environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, organised work approach.
  4. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for building strong client relationships.
  5. A desire to develop audit expertise within a supportive and ambitious firm.
