TPF Recruitment is recruiting for an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join a very successful independent firm of chartered accountants based in Tunbridge Wells. In this position, you will be responsible for providing a mixed audit and accounts service to a range of corporate and not-for-profit organisations. Our client has a fantastic reputation in the South-East, and you'll have the support of an experienced team around you too. Our client is open to candidates who may not have extensive audit experience but are interested in building a career in audit & accounts. This position will involve only 25-30% audit work, offering a great work-life balance.

  • Preparing financial statements from clients' trial balances;
  • Auditing all areas of financial statements and preparing audit files for review;
  • Taking responsibility for all work allocated and communicating with managers and partners as necessary;
  • Meeting deadlines efficiently and effectively;
  • Working as part of a team with a positive attitude and enthusiasm to help others and take initiative;
  • Communicating with stakeholders with kindness and respect, supporting your team to succeed;
  • Providing on-the-job training for team members when appropriate;
