Clark Wood are recruiting an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to join a well-established accountancy practice in Alton, Hampshire. Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA part-qualified, finalist or qualified by experience.
• Previous experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Exposure to audit, accounts preparation and corporation tax.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A genuine desire to progress within a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with and managing audit assignments from planning through to completion.
• Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and other entities.
• Preparing corporation tax computations and supporting with tax compliance work.
• Working closely with Managers and Partners to ensure deadlines are met.
• Reviewing work completed by junior team members when required.
• Developing relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact.
• Supporting ad hoc assignments, advisory projects and due diligence work.
• Contributing to the continued development and success of the team.
