Levitate Recruitment has been commissioned to find an experienced partner for this well-renowned regional firm of accountants. Due to their excellent reputation for service delivery, they have attracted many new clients over the past 12 months.

As part of their ongoing growth strategy, they are now seeking to recruit a further partner to manage a small client portfolio while also taking responsibility for attracting additional clients to the business.

Role:

1. You will be introduced to a portfolio of clients across various industry sectors, typically comprising OMBs and Partnerships.
2. Your initial responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of new clients while building a platform to attract and retain further business.
3. You will oversee a small team of staff and have the authority to delegate client work to other service lines within the firm.
4. The firm offers a first-class environment with excellent resources and full support to develop as part of a structured Partner Programme.

Requirements:

1. A proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
2. Exceptional technical and organizational skills.
3. Proven ability to effectively manage a client portfolio, always aiming to add value to clients' businesses and finances.
4. Comprehensive understanding of accounts, audit, and taxation.
5. Ability to generate new business through your contacts and collaborate with the marketing department.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working as a team player and independently when needed.
7. You must be self-motivated, committed, and flexible to meet client needs.
