Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Audit & Accounts Manager to lead client relationships, develop teams and drive growth in a growing professional services firm.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, coach a high-performing team, contribute to business development and maintain high technical standards through collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Significant experience within an accountancy practice environment.
• Proven people management and leadership skills.
• Strong client relationship and portfolio management experience.
